Purpose: The Senior Planning Engineer will manage planning, scheduling, and progress control for large-scale infrastructure projects. The role supports the Construction Manager in ensuring contractor schedules, procurement plans, and milestone targets are aligned with project requirements for timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Review contract documents, contractor site setup, and planners’ CVs; advise the Construction Manager on any gaps or issues.
- Approve and coordinate design and procurement plan to ensure they match the overall project plan.
- Track construction progress through site visits and reports; check milestones and resources and suggest corrective actions if needed.
