Senior PMO Consultant

Role Purpose

The PMO Senior Consultant will play a key role in building the PMO capability, supporting client-facing delivery, maintaining governance standards, driving follow-up and accountability, and ensuring that project and tender activities are executed within agreed timelines, quality standards and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, implementation and continuous improvement of the PMO office


• Develop, maintain and improve PMO templates, trackers, logs, dashboards and reporting packs


• Maintain and review RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, issue logs and dependency registers


• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, version controlled and audit-ready
