Responsibilities

• Develop and influence census modernisation policy, supporting the Census bill to proceed through the House.
• Identify opportunities and influence system settings to enable better use of data.
• Lead initiatives that improve agency administrative data to enhance and modernise the Census.
• Adapt policy to the digital era, meeting evolving customer needs.
• Foster trust and confidence in how data is used and protected.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of public policy and how government works.
• Proven experience leading complex policy projects.
