We are hiring a Senior Power Systems Engineer to develop and validate dynamic models for our battery energy storage systems (BESS). Develop, validate, and maintain dynamic simulation models for PCE BESS, renewables, inverter-based resources, and plant controllers using PSCAD, DIgSILENT, PowerFactory, and similar tools.
Build and refine models from first principles to accurately represent control algorithms, protection schemes, and plant behaviour.
Optimize model parameters to ensure grid stability and improve standalone BESS performance.
