Senior Process Engineer (Coating)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Leverage expertise in cleaning processes and materials to systematically troubleshoot and resolve process and manufacturing challenges.
Identify and correlate process and equipment variables with defects or failures, implementing sustainable, long‑term preventive measures.
Generate innovative and practical ideas for process optimization and product improvement.
Achieve and exceed process yield targets set at the start of each financial year.
Enhance manufacturing yields, operational efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.
Support new product introduction and process transfer, including process flow definition, tooling design, and documentation.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimise production performance.
Utilise engineering tools such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyse process variables and their effects on thin‑film and subst...
