:Parsons are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead and manage all tendering and procurement governance activities for a major airport infrastructure program, acting on behalf of the Delivery Partner. This role is responsible for the development, management, and execution of Request for Bids (RFBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and related procurement processes for consultants, contractors, and specialist service providers.
The role is client-side in nature and focuses on procurement strategy, tender governance, commercial compliance, and contract award, ensuring all procurement activities are fair, transparent, compliant, and aligned with program delivery objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience managing procurement for large infrastructure or aviation programs.
