Senior Product Consultant

The Senior Product Consultant is responsible for managing and coordinating the creation of offers and contracts for their product within the opportunity management process, particularly for larger airlines with corresponding complexity and the associated highest risks. This role involves close collaboration with the relevant sales, central, and production departments of Lufthansa Systems.

The tasks include:

• Independent analysis of customer requirements and intensive consultation with customers in defining and negotiating the desired and necessary offer and contract content (scope of services, modules, functionalities, services, SLAs, project plans, delivery dates, acceptance criteria, etc.)
• Responsible coordination of (minimum) prices and negotiation margins with Sales within the framework of the agreed sales and pricing strategy for the respective product/service
