Enterprise Transformation & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale transformation programs involving digital platforms, cloud modernization, AI initiatives, data migration, and operational process transformation. Drive strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance frameworks. Manage large-scale cross-functional programs covering business analysis, delivery governance, vendor management, and operational readiness. Oversee implementation of scalable and secure enterprise solutions across cloud, analytics, integration, and automation platforms.
