Senior Product Design Engineer — Coffee Appliances

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Design Engineer to join the Ninja Coffee NPD team in our Battersea office, helping to shape and deliver the next generation of Ninja Coffee products. This role focuses on driving product development from concept through to production, balancing consumer desirability, technical feasibility, and commercial viability to create outstanding consumer experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Drive product development across the Ninja Coffee category, supporting projects from concept through to production handover
• Translate consumer and market insights into innovative, high-quality products that solve real consumer problems and deliver a distinctive Ninja edge
• Develop and refine product concepts through sketching, CAD, prototyping, and engineering validation
• Collaborate closely with global cross‑functional teams to ensure products are desirable, feasible, and commercially viable
