Opportunity Description

What you will be doing:

  • End-to-end design ownership of product areas in partnership with IDC Product and Engineering – from early problem framing through final implementation
  • Own direction and quality of your initiatives, including systems-level thinking about how your work connects to the broader product and design systems
  • Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components with a high bar for craft
  • Raise the bar for design through the quality of your work and how you show up in brainstorms, reviews, and cross-functional partnership
  • Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, addressing any design-related issues or adjustments as needed

    • What you should bring:

  • 5-7 years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership, preferably for a mobile application, and the thinking behind your designs...
