Senior Product Designer

The Role: This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership and high influence. Youll work closely with our founders and core product team to design experiences that learners love, return to, and grow with.

Youll own complex product problems end-to-end from discovery to delivery shaping intuitive, engaging learning experiences used by millions.

This role is about craft, clarity, and impact.

What Youll Own:

• End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead discovery, ideation, prototyping and delivery for core learning experiences.
• UX Craft & Systems Thinking: Design intuitive flows, scalable patterns and consistent UI across the product.
• AI Learning Experiences: Shape how users interact with AI tutors, assessments, feedback loops and peer learning.
