Senior Product Development Technologist - Wet Food

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Senior Product Development Technologist will lead new product development for

wet retorted products

across the India region, delivering safe, highquality, and costeffective solutions for the Consumer segment. The role is accountable for translating customer and market needs into commercially scalable products through robust formulation, thermal process design, and crossfunctional execution.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead endtoend development of wet retorted products (e.g., sauces, gravies, readytoeat systems) from concept to commercialization. Apply Design to Value (DTV) principles to ensure rightfirsttime delivery, product safety, shelflife stability, and manufacturability under retort processing conditions.
