Position Overview

Arcserve is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of data protection and cyber resilience solutions designed for the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.

This role requires a strong blend of domain expertise in backup, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience, deep understanding of MSP business models, and hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, and emerging agentic systems to drive innovation.

This is a remote role open to candidates in North America, Europe, and India. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for MSP-focused data protection solutions
  • Design capabilities that support multi-tenancy, automation, scalability, and efficient MSP operations
  • Drive innovation in backup, ransomware protection, anomaly detection, and disaster recovery orchestration
