Senior Product Manager, Cards & Payments

Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Product, the Senior Product Manager – Card & Payments is responsible for leading the end-to-end build of the bank’s spending card program. This is a greenfield 0→1 build, and the role owns the strategy, execution, and delivery of the product from concept through launch and scale. The position works across product, engineering, design, compliance, risk, and external partners to deliver a modern card experience that drives adoption, usage, and long-term performance.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Own the card product end-to-end – roadmap, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch optimization. You are the single-threaded owner of this workstream.

Develop and evolve the 0→1 product strategy and long-term vision for the spending card, identifying opportunities for differentiation, new revenue streams, product expansion, and competitive advantage within the Canadian banking and payments landscape.
