Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer‑centric Senior Product Manager to help shape and scale our Financial Wellbeing platform at Thrive. This role will be responsible for owning the product roadmap and ensuring our digital tools empower users to improve their financial health across budgeting, saving, investing, retirement, and broader money management outcomes.

This role is offered on a hybrid contract with 2-3 days per week attendance at our impressive offices in Elkstone, Gloucestershire. The salary offered is up to £130K

You will work at the intersection of user needs, commercial objectives, technology capabilities, and regulatory requirements, translating complex financial concepts into intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
