Job Summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a new Knowledge Graph team focused on ingesting and modelling content to enhance AI experiences across our product. The role involves working across engineering, data science, and design to build scalable knowledge graph solutions and improve customer insight and experience.

• Create and own a knowledge graph roadmap: define vision and roadmap for Zendesk’s knowledge graph initiatives, including feature development that enhances content ingestion workflows and improves data retrieval.
