- The role requires someone with sharp product judgement, creativity, technical curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset ,
- We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including those who may have taken non-traditional paths into product ,
- 5+ years as a PM in a fast-moving SaaS startup or scale-up ,
- You’ve led cross-functional groups of engineers, designers and go-to-market partners to deliver impactful product changesExperience shipping AI-powered features or workflows, with a practical sense for how AI behaves in real product environments ,
- A track record of driving measurable outcomes (with real-world data to back it up), not just shipping features ,
- Strong qualitative research skills and independent data fluency (we use PostHog) ,
- The ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members, to align around ideas without relying on hierarchy ,
