,- 5+ years as a PM in a fast-moving SaaS startup or scale-up
,- You’ve led cross-functional groups of engineers, designers and go-to-market partners to deliver impactful product changesExperience shipping AI-powered features or workflows, with a practical sense for how AI behaves in real product environments
,- A track record of driving measurable outcomes (with real-world data to back it up), not just shipping features
,- Strong qualitative research skills and independent data fluency (we use PostHog)
,- The ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members, to align around ideas without relying on hierarchy
