Leading the special product “VADs/White Glove” for DSV Road in APAC including owning the operational responsibility and setup of related capabilities. Achieving volume targets set, agreed service level/KPIs with our customers. On‑time turnaround and presentation of corrective action plans.

• Define the SOP for white glove services in APAC
• Train and audit country teams for SOP compliance and safety aspects
• Be entry window, subject matter expert and key spokesperson for White Glove product in APAC
• Continuously expand our service scope, white glove volumes and related profitability in APAC
• Face regional customer contacts for escalations and strategic discussions
• Drive safety improvements with HSSE and country teams
• Setup control tower tasks for white glove related matters as needed
