Responsibilities: The Senior Product Operations Analyst owns the end‑to‑end demand intake and product operations approach across Product Ownership. Based in the PMO, the role brings structure, visibility and control to a complex backlog aligned to approved business cases, shaping how demand is raised, assessed and progressed. You will organise existing demand, define clear standards for intake, documentation and prioritisation, and ensure all work is complete, governed and ready before entering the backlog.
