Job Purpose

• Responsible for working with Head Islamic Banking to grow Islamic Banking business and product suite in Mashreq Bank Pakistan ensuring fully digital enabled journeys are offered to Islamic customers across all the Digital Business verticals (NEO& NEOBIZ) and business lines – Deposits and Assets

• The jobholder is entrusted with launching and managing the Islamic Proposition and Products and ensure that Islamic offering is competitive and in line with clients needs

• Interact with the Shariah Compliance/Legal/Compliance to ensure all requisite approvals are in place for launch

• Responsible for end‑to‑end Modaraba Pool Management- Pool creation, system setups, weightages and profit rates declaration. Ensuring pool management is in line with regulatory guidelines. Dealing and managing internal and external audits and reviews on profit payouts
