Senior Product & Packaging Designer

We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Product & Packaging Designer to join a successful, well-established family-run business in the home fragrance sector. This is a commercial-focused design role for someone who lives and breathes trend-led product development, loves creating packaging that sells, and is now ready to take on more leadership, mentoring and strategic input.

You will be working across briefs for leading retailers in the UK and around the globe, producing strong, commercially viable product and packaging concepts that stand out on shelf. This is far more than a design-focused role, you will be expected to look ahead, contribute to trend forecasting, and help shape the creative direction of ranges while still staying hands-on with key projects.
