As a Product Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key player in our product technical support department in Holme, where you work closely with the factory, the development department and Order Engineering to ensure effective solutions for warranty cases and technical product support. The department specialises in handling technical product support and warranty cases for our customers. You will operate in a global organization where Johnson Controls is a market leader in the design, production, sale and service of industrial cooling systems and heat pumps for industrial purposes as well as marine and offshore applications.
