Senior Production Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mining Supervisor at our Wilpinjong Mine. Our Wilpinjong mine is an open cut mine located 58 kilometres northeast of Mudgee producing a high-quality thermal coal for export and domestic markets. We have a predominately CAT fleet, with haul roads kept LV free with demarcated roads.

Reporting to 2 highly experienced Production Superintendents (back to back), this role will be responsible for all day-to-day mine activities in compliance with all relevant statutes by providing leadership to achieve safe and effective production. This is to be achieved through managing the production functions in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. 

 This position is suited to an individual looking to progress their mining career. We have continual career progression opportunities and exposure to truck/shovel (digger), dozer push and cast blast in a fast-paced low strip ratio 4:1 open cut mining environment.
