Our client, a highly regarded Private Hospital, is seeking to employ a dynamic and energetic Senior Professional Nurse. The aim of this position is to ensure a safe, positive patient experience by supporting the unit manager in the co-ordination of patient care and management of the unit. Duties & Responsibilities Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with a multi-professional team. Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety. Facilitate a positive patient experience by creating a conducive environment. Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions. Create a learning environment that builds staff competence. Ensure that all utilized stock and equipment are accurately charged. Job Requirements Degree / Diploma in General Nursing. Midwifery.
