Senior Program Advisor, PSRACS Commissioning and Governance

About the role:
This role is a fixed term, full time role till 30 June 2028.
The Senior Program Advisor, working within a team reporting to the Manager, Public Sector Residential Aged Care Services (PSRACS) Commissioning and Governance, is responsible for the delivery of a range of complex priority projects and program management in relation to PSRACS compliance and occupancy, quality indicator data, funding and commissioning of services. The role will also coordinate and lead responses to new and emerging issues and risks relating to PSRACS performance and governance.
The role involves developing effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and incorporates quality improvement, financial management, policy development and change management.
