Senior Program Analyst - SME

Summary The Senior Program Analyst is responsible for the comprehensive management of the Crash Report Sampling System (CRSS) data program within the National Center for Statistics and Analysis's State Data Reporting Systems Division. This critical role involves maintaining oversight of CRSS sampling and coding operations all day. The analyst will coordinate with designated support contractors to improve operational procedures and implement necessary system modifications. Responsibilities As a Senior Program Analyst, you will: Diagnoses operational problems and other system deficiencies and suggest projects and solutions to address and improve them. Conducts CRSS quality control studies on completeness of key data elements, timeliness of data entry, accuracy of coding, and interpretation of results.
