Senior Program Manager, Financial Literacy

Key Responsibilities

• Program Build & Launch
  Lead day‑to‑day execution of the financial literacy initiative from concept through launch. Translate strategic direction into a structured phased project plan with clear milestones and deliverables. Coordinate development of a centralized resource hub (content, tools, frameworks, and best practices). Partner with internal technology teams and, where needed, external vendors to design and deliver the platform, content infrastructure, and user experience; assess existing CFAI digital properties (including Connexions) as potential platform options before committing to new build. Establish initial governance, processes, and success metrics.
• Stakeholder & Network Coordination
