Senior Program Manager – Transition & Transformation

As a **Senior Program Manager** within the Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale, complex business process transitions and transformation programs across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leadership, country organizations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless migration of processes from existing locations to offshore, nearshore, or provider sites. While your primary focus will be on managing transitions, you will also lead other high-impact programs as directed.

This role requires a seasoned leader with strong program governance, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly matrixed environment.
