• Category Strategy and Planning:
  • Conducting market research and analysis, internally and externally and determining strategic details to support strategy and identify potential contractors.
  • Establishing strategic relationships with key contractors aligned to with the company’s needs.
  • Identifying new contractors, agreeing to terms, and negotiating supply arrangements where appropriate, including discount structures and volume rebates, with the company’s best interest in mind.
