Senior Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Civil to support the successful delivery of key packages on a major infrastructure project in Auckland. This role blends strong on‑site leadership with planning, cost control and commercial capability to drive predictable outcomes across time, cost, quality and safety.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead, develop and manage a high‑performing multi‑disciplinary site team (engineers, supervisors, subcontractors) by fostering accountability, strong communication and a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring alignment with project objectives and consistent delivery standards.
• Own and drive short‑term planning processes by reviewing the 2‑week work plan (2WWP), ensuring clear alignment with the 6‑week lookahead plan (6WLAP) and overall project programme, while proactively resolving clashes and maintaining workflow continuity.
