Senior Project Environmental Scientist

Weston & Sampson is seeking a full-time Senior Project Environmental Scientist to support our permitting group in one of our Massachusetts or New Hampshire offices. The candidate will support multiple projects simultaneously and will have the opportunity to represent the company and our clients at public meetings, workshops, meetings with federal, state, and local agencies, and meetings with other stakeholders in conjunction with permit application review. Experience in regulatory permitting is a must.


What You'll Do:

+ Lead environmental permitting efforts for a wide range of public and private sector projects throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, including local, state, and federal permit applications and technical reports.

+ Prepare and manage permitting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 91 Waterways Licensing, MEPA/NEPA, Section 401/404 of the Clean Water Act, Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act, and New Ham...
