Senior Project Manager

Locations: Brighton, East Sussex & Fareham, Hampshire

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of construction projects, each valued up to £m. You’ll provide leadership across multiple schemes, supporting and guiding up to four site‑based Project Managers while working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external partners.

This role suits someone who enjoys developing people, building inclusive and high‑performing teams, and delivering projects safely, responsibly, and to a high standard throughout the full project lifecycle.
