Senior Project Manager (Civils)

As Senior Project Manager (Civils), you will take full operational responsibility for aplex, high‑value Civil Engineering project. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage all client and stakeholder interfaces, and ensure the scheme is delivered safely, to programme and to budget.You will:

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a major Civils scheme, from mobilisation through to handover

Manage large delivery teams including engineering,mercial, design and subcontract partners

Drive programme certainty, risk mitigation and delivery excellence across all phases

Provide strong NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, early warnings, change control and reporting

Maintain close control of safety, quality, technical standards andpliance

Build collaborative, solution‑focused relationships with clients, local authorities and stakeholders

Lead strategic planning, resourcing, and project‑wide decision‑making
