This role owns budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships, with heavy involvement in RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance within highly regulated environments. Ideal for someone with 10+ years of commercial construction experience (healthcare preferred), strong leadership skills, and Procore expertise who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility projects.
