Opportunity Description
- Demonstrates strong track-record of leading multiple small scale and/or larger workplace projects (including the front-end set up and full-cycle delivery)
- Full project life cycle ownership: successfully delivers projects through all phases, from initiation to handover
- Takes a broader oversight role, ensuring either in-house or third party commercial-, design-, project controls-related activities, reporting, and deliverables are occurring at the pace and quality level required for project success
- Ensures that PMK's service delivery standards are upheld
- Coordinates the efforts of various workers in order to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished on time
- Proactively identifies obstacles and implements solutions on their projects
