Responsibilities include managing project execution from preconstruction through closeout, selecting means and methods, and overseeing schedules, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and documentation. The role also includes managing buyouts, reviewing specifications, coordinating project layout, and tracking materials and equipment to ensure safe, timely, and successful delivery.
