Senior project manager (heavy industrial) (New Canada)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of industrial construction and maintenance projects from pre‑construction through completion.
• Oversee project operations including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, subcontractor coordination, and overall project performance.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and provide proactive solutions to leadership and clients.
• Prepare and present project cost reports, schedules, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
• Coordinate field operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within scope.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Coordinators, and junior staff on project delivery best practices.
