Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing interior fit‑out projects from initiation through final handover ensuring successful delivery within approved timelines budgets quality standards and client expectations. The role requires strong expertise in F&B and retail fit‑out projects with a deep understanding of MEP systems mall fit‑out regulations and coordination of in‑house execution teams across multiple disciplines.

• Lead and manage the complete interior fit‑out project lifecycle from mobilization to project handover.
• Oversee execution of commercial interior projects including F&B outlets, retail stores and mall fit‑outs.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, quality standards and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays and implement corrective action plans to maintain timelines.
