Senior Project Manager Lead

The HVAC Senior Project Manager Lead will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and delivery of a portfolio of HVAC projects within the Marine & Offshore sector. He/she will lead and supervise a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistency in execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction across all projects. As a Senior Project Manager Lead, you will remain operationally involved by directly managing one or two strategic projects, typically complex or high-value contracts and report to the Head of Technical Department and works in close coordination with the Head of Engineering, who is fully responsible for engineering activities.
