Responsibilities

• Act as the NEC4 ECC Project Manager , making clear, fair, and impartial contract decisions and ensuring projects are delivered compliantly and efficiently.
• Manage early warnings, compensation events, programme acceptance, and instructions to keep momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead coordination between contractors, designers, planners, and commercial teams; review programmes in detail—including logic, float, and critical path—to create robust, achievable plans. <...
