  *10+ years relevant post graduate mechanical engineering experience (preferably in oil & gas including drill rig and shipyard experience)

 *Mechanical engineering technical design experience

 *Hydraulics and control systems

 *Mechanical Components

 *Lifting Systems

 *Excellent written and oral communication skills

 *Strong people and project management skills
