ProspectBlue is partnering with a well-established organization in Richmond, Virginia, to identify a Senior Talent Project Manager. This position serves as a key strategic partner to the Chief Talent Officer (CTO), supporting the execution and advancement of the organization’s talent strategy.

Working at the heart of the Talent function, the Senior Talent Project Manager helps maximize the effectiveness of the CTO by driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across talent initiatives and leadership teams.
