Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management: Lead the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders from Business, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment on design, scope, and delivery milestones. Solution Delivery Oversight: Work with solution architects and business SMEs to agree on the future-state architecture and take ownership of the implementation plan and methodology. Target Operating Model Implementation: Drive execution of a clearly defined TOM, ensuring that roles, responsibilities, and governance structures are clearly articulated and adopted across functions.
