The PM ensures delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA migration programs ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Define project charter, scope, WBS, governance, RAID logs, and documentation. Ensure adherence to KPIs—scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources.
