Senior Project Manager

+ Manage technology innovation projects end-to-end, from initial scoping and business case development through implementation, validation, and handover to operations.

+ Lead larger transformation initiatives such as replacement of legacy platforms, digitization of laboratory workflows, and rollout of new operational tools.

+ Own and drive workstreams for specific products and capabilities, such as Digital Data Sheets for Follow-Up Services and other digitization deliverables.

+ Act as the interface between business stakeholders (lab operations, field engineering, compliance) and the Magnesis software development team for demand management and prioritization.

+ Facilitate agile scrum processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination with the development team.

+ Perform business analysis to understand operational needs, document requirements, and translate them into actionable development demands.
