- Conduct market research, manage partnerships, and implement processes to support business development.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for ACMV/Electrical solutions by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches.
- Build strong client relationships, profile target accounts, and gather market insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contract terms, oversee project execution, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Study engineering drawings related to ACMV/Electrical designs and perform basic engineering calculations when necessary.
- Develop and plan work schedules, resource allocation, and manpower for ACMV projects.
- Coordinate, liaise, and manage various project stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met on time and within budget.
