Senior Project Manager

This role sits at the intersection of development, execution, and stakeholder management across ZACD’s real estate investment and development projects.

You will drive end-to-end project coordination across feasibility, approvals, execution, and market readiness, working closely with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners, consultants, and government authorities.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role operating in a lean and evolving environment, requiring someone who can navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and drive projects forward without heavy structure.
