Senior Project Manager (Vermeulen's Inc) (Dallas, TX): Lead full cycle cost management for major projects, including conceptual estimating, budgeting, and value engineering strategy (35%); Coordinate directly with owners, architects, and CMs to establish project scope, risk profile, and cost certainty targets (20%); Develop and deliver technology enabled dashboards and forecasting tools for client reporting (20%); Provide senior level guidance to PMs and Estimators; resolve complex cost issues and approve methodology (15%); and Lead business development initiatives, including pursuit strategy, presentations, and client relationship expansion (10%).
