A leading design and build construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex high-rise residential and mixed-use project in Birmingham.

The Role

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of high‑rise projects from pre‑construction through to completion and handover.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, oversee programme and commercial performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
